Order processing

Orders are prepared on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another when it ships.

Delivery

  • Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Every order is sent with tracking; your tracking details arrive by email once it ships.
  • Please double-check your delivery address. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Returns

  • Unused items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements, cosmetics, baby care and medicines cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • To start a return, email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with instructions.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@valoriabeauty.shop with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
